What does a check-up and cleaning involve?

During your check-up and cleaning, we'll examine your teeth, gums, soft tissues, muscles, and joints. We may also take digital images and X-rays. These photos are valuable for maintaining your records and enhancing your understanding of your dental health.

How does billing work?

We charge a set fee for each procedure. If you have dental insurance, we'll claim on your behalf first. You will only need to pay the difference, often referred to as the 'gap'. After establishing your treatment plan, we can provide an estimate of what your insurance may cover.

Do we offer bulk billing?

As a preferred provider for HCF, bulk billing is available for check-ups and cleanings if you present your HCF membership card!

Is there free dental treatment for children?

If your child is eligible for the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS), we can claim their check-ups and dental treatments directly from Medicare. This service is available for children aged 1 to 18 years.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible via email, phone, or text. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient. Please be aware that late cancellations may incur a fee.

What if I'm anxious about dental visits?

We understand that visiting the dentist can be daunting. We take a gentle and transparent approach, keeping you informed about your treatment options. Feel free to express your feelings at any time. For added comfort, we offer medical hypnosis and sedation options when necessary.
